In the heart of the Massif de La Clape, a place steeped in history and a former Roman island, the Domaine Abbaye des Monges<\/strong><\/a> has stood as an emblem of the La Clape PDO since 1204.<\/p>

Under the aegis of Baroness Marie-Claude de Chefdebien, this Cistercian abbey, dedicated to “Notre-Dame des Olieux” in homage to the estate’s ancestral olive trees, continues to perpetuate a unique winegrowing heritage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
