he wine cellar is located on the Monges property and all the wines from both our properties are available here for tasting.

• Vin de Pays d'Oc : Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet from the
   Saint Pierre de Serjac Winery.
• Vin de Pays des Côtes de Thongue : Instant de Vin and Cuvee Diane    from the Saint Pierre de Serjac Winery.

Come taste all these generous wines in our wine cellar. Tours are also available of the Abbey and our rural vacation homes at the same time for those interested in beautiful stonework and gorgeous countryside.

The wine cellar is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm.

The wine cellar is open until 8pm in the summer
and often on Sundays as well.

Please make an appointment for groups (over 10 people), tours and wine-tasting outside business hours or on Sundays.
